NOTE: THERE IS A NEW LOGIN PROCESS, PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
NEW LEARNKEY LOGIN PROCESS
If you have an APS email account:
Username = use the first part of your email address
Example: john.doe@aps.edu will use john.doe
Password = use aps1 (you will be prompted to change it after login)
If you do NOT have an APS email account:
Username = use your employee ID (drop leading zero’s)
Example: 001234 will use 1234
Password = use aps1 (do not change this password)
***NOTE*** All employees with the exception of Substitutes and Hourly employees HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED APS email accounts. If you have not been informed of your email address or would like additional information regarding your email account, please contact the Service Desk at 830-8080.
